We pack orders within one to two business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday go out the next business day.

We ship within the United States only.
Cost
Standard tracked shipping is free on every order. The shipping line at checkout shows it before you pay.
Delivery and tracking
- Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship. The estimate is shown at checkout.
- We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- You can look up any order on our order tracking page with your order number and email.
If something goes wrong
If tracking hasn't updated in five business days, or your package arrives damaged, get in touch with your order number and we'll replace or refund it. A photo of any damage helps us sort it out quickly.
Check your address
Please double-check your shipping address before you pay. Once a label is created, we can't reroute a package. If an order comes back to us as undeliverable, we refund it to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost.
